comfortable speaking は、「The Public Speaking （人前で話をする）」の技術として、
１９７０年以降、急速に使われだした表現みたい。
訳は「彼は人前で英語でうまく話せる」の意味だね。
＜comfortable speaking とは＞
Throughout my career as a public speaker,
I have identified many reasons why people are not comfortable speaking in front of a group, large or small.
Some people are self-conscious about their appearance or voice.
Others are afraid they will be laughed at or criticized.
聞き手の多い、少ないに関わらず、人前で上手く話す事 (comfortable speaking )が出来ない人がいる。
ある人は自分の主張を押し付け、ある人は笑われたり、批判されるのを恐れて物怖じしてしまう。

五つのアドバイス
1. Speak from your heart.
（本当の事を話す事）
2. Believe, without an ounce of doubt, that what you’re saying is important.
（あなたは大事な事を話していると疑わない事：自分を卑下しない事）
3. Be prepared.
（準備を怠らない事：使えるネタを持っている事だろうね）
4. Don’t concern yourself with how others may be judging you.
（いい恰好しようと思わない事）
5. Practice, practice and practice some more.
（あとは、繰り返し経験する事）
