In order for you to make a review of something and for it to constitute under fair use you must state what the item you are reviewing is . You can't just use images without stating what you are reviewing.
Aside from the fact that I have judgment over where my videos can be viewed, The TV show does not state where the video is coming from, it is simply taking funny videos and showing it which is not fair use.
