it would have ended ～の it (主語)は that it could in some circumstances ～という that 節でよろしいのでしょうか？
その場合、that it could in some circumstances のit という代名詞は何を指しているのでしょうか？
また、,which 以下の節における非制限用法の関係代名詞whichの先行詞はその前の文章全体と考え、「それは多かれ少なかれ正確には起こったことです」と訳してよろしいのでしょうか？
