日本海は韓国のローカル呼称として東海と併記なんて記述は全くない。
ＩＨＯはそんなことは全く認めてない。
中国の東シナ海については、ＩＨＯは、公式に
"East China Sea (Tung Hai)"
と表記。
日本海は、単にSea of Japanだけだよ。

The name "Dong Hai" has already registered as
"East China Sea (Tung Hai)"
in The Limits of Oceans and Seas published by IHO.
("Tung Hai" is another romanized form of Dong Hai)
