50 Advertising, Demonstrations, Propaganda

3. No kind of demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda is permitted in
any Olympic sites, venues or other areas.
(3. オリンピック開催場所、会場、他のオリンピック・エリアにおいては、いかなる種類の示威行動
または、政治的、宗教的、人種的な宣伝活動も認められない。)

59 Measures and Sanctions
(59 処分および制裁)
2.1 with regard to individual competitors and teams: temporary or permanent ineligibility
or exclusion from the Olympic Games, disqualification or withdrawal of accreditation;
in the case of disqualification or exclusion, the medals and diplomas obtained
in relation to the relevant infringement of the Olympic Charter shall be returned to
the IOC. In addition, at the discretion of the IOC Executive Board, a competitor or
a team may lose the benefit of any ranking obtained in relation to other events at
the Olympic Games at which he or it was disqualified or excluded; in such case
the medals and diplomas won by him or it shall be returned to the IOC (Executive
Board);
2.1 個々の競技者およびチーム関係：
一時的または永久にオリンピック競技大会に欠格とすることあるいは除外すること、また
失格または資格認定の取消し。失格または除外の場合、オリンピック憲章違反に関係
して獲得したメダルや賞状はIOC に返還されるものとする。さらに、失格または除外とな
った個人やチームが、そのオリンピック競技大会の他の種目で獲得したいかなる成績
による特典も、IOC 理事会の裁量により、失うことがある。その場合も個人やチームのメ
ダルや賞状はIOC に返還されるものとする。（理事会）
