2. 信者たちが合法的に（すなわち、牧師たちと同じカトリック教に属して、さらには
偏狭な党派心によるものではなしに）要請している場合には、管轄権を持つ教会当局は、
上記の基準を適用したあとに何かが邪魔になっていない限りは、何らかの狂信的な宗派
あるいは信仰を許可あるいは促進するよう介入することができる。教会当局は、
教会の側にその事実の超自然的な性格についての承認としてこのことを解釈しないよう
留意する必要がある（予備注釈の c を参照）。
3. 教義上の、かつ司祭の仕事のために、管轄権を持つ当局が自発的に介入することが
でき、それどころか重大な状況においてはそうする必要がある。重大な状況とは、
たとえば、狂信的な教団や信仰の行使にあたっての乱用を矯正あるいは防止したり、
誤った教義を糾弾したり、虚偽あるいは不適切な神秘主義の危険性を防ぐ場合などである。
4. 疑わしい場合ではあるが教会の善を脅かさないことが明らかな場合には、管轄権を
持つ教会当局はいかなる判断や直接行動をも起こさないこと。（というのは、
一定の期間が経ったあとに、超自然的だと思われている事柄が忘れ去られることもある
からである。）しかしながら、必要であれば早急かつ慎重に介入することによって
警戒を怠らないでいる必要はある。
III. 介入する権限を持つ当局
1. 特に、警戒や介入の任務は、当地の司教にある。
2. 次のような場合に、地域あるいは全国規模の司教会議が介入できる。

a) 当地の司教がその任務を果たしたあと、さらに確信を持ってその問題を
判断するためにその会議に諮問する場合。
b) その件が全国あるいは地域のものである場合。ただし、必ず当地の司教の事前の
同意を必要とする。
3. ローマ教皇庁は、司教自身から、あるいは資格を持つ信者集団から、あるいは
もっと直接的にローマ教皇の普遍的管轄によって求められたときに介入することが
できる（下記 IVを参照）。
IV. 神聖なる教理省の介入について
1. 神聖なる教理省の介入は、司教が自分の役割を果たしたあとに司教が、あるいは
資格を持つ信者集団が要請することができる。二つ目の場合、疑わしい動機で（たとえば、
司教が自分自身の合法的な判断を変更するよう、あるいは何らかの党派グループを支持
するよう強制するためなど）神聖なる教理省に諮問をかけられることがないように留意
する必要がある。
b) さらにもっと重大な場合（特に、その問題が教会の大部分に影響を及ぼす場合）に
自発的に介入するかどうかは、神聖なる教理省の判断による。さらにこれは、必ず、
司教（さらには、状況を見るとそれが必要である場合には）司教会議に諮問をかけた
あとに行うこと。

the normalized load profile has been made of multiplying the distribution of
household size in this study with their standard load consumption over a year in Germany

Fig.18 shows the normalized load profile of this study compared with normalized standard load profile.
It has been shown that the amount of base load in our study is higher than standard value.
The peak loads in standard format are about 50% more than average load
while in our study it is between 20% to 40% more.
Fig.19 shows that despite of having similar load pattern in two case energy consumption of
electricity user in the case of this study is about 2~2.5 times more than standard pattern and
