-I2P does not have “out-proxies”.
-This means that it is not possible to connect anonymously to clients outside of the I2P network.
-Therefore, to use I2P, all participants (BT tracker and BT clients) must be explicitly using I2P.
（I2Pは外部プロクシ機能を持っていない
したがって一般のtorrentクライアントにI2P経由で接続することは出来ない
I2Pが機能する為にはあらゆる参加者（全てのユーザーとトラッカー）がI2Pを使用していることが前提となる）
