Um..Um.. I strongly feel a hint foreshadowing later developments in a story for sesshoumaru & kagome (so called "Kagsess" in our country) in these recent chapters,
Specially, on Chapter 518, Inuyasha thought "Is he talking about... cutting off his attachment to Dad's memento, Tessaiga...??"
In my point of view, I don't exactly think so. Sesshoumaru has given up Tessaiga in several chapters before. What's Toutousai said it all about a potenial of being a Daiyoukai.
Sesshoumaru might realized somethings more besides Tessaiga before he obtained Bakusaiga.
Of course, I'm just guess.
