The last time I checked 2ch was free. So free that most people never even see the website.
p2 is turned off because of an attack that came from the p2 servers.
I was amazed by that as there was no plan or intention to turn off p2. It left a lot of people
with accounts at Brazil in a lurch. I am sorry, but p2 service on 2ch.net won't be turned
back on.
