“ヘイトスピーチ”は“Hate speech”の音に片仮名をあてたものであり、
数年前まで日本ではあまり知られていない熟語だったが欧米では知れ渡っており定義されている。即ち、
“Hate speech is, outside the law, speech that attacks a person or group on the
