はいファイル構成は同じです
同じ操作で別のMODをインストールできたので操作の間違いはないと思うのですが
NMMの設定のadd shell extensions for supported file typesにチェックを入れたところ

と表示されました
NMMの異常かと思い再インストールしましたが同じ表示が出ました
ちなみに現時点でも他のMODはインストールできました
