I have posted many articles on BBSs such as Reddit for years. Other participants there have never corrected my English nor said that my English is poor. It is not that my English is great.
Probably they are polite and understand that it is meaningless to blame others for their English ability. However, when I write something on a BBS in which there are many Japanese participants,
I am often and immediately accused by English police of using poor English. I hate this tendency of being harsh to others. And in many cases, those English policemen cannot use English at all.
Redditとかで書いてて、外人から英語を直されたり、お前の英語変とか言われたこと一度もないけど、日本人だらけの掲示板だとあっという間に言われるわｗ
