They don't know how valuable it is only because they can't understand it.So they'll never have a chance to sense its advantages.
Those who comprehend English,however,tend to feel its gravity much more as they improve their English skills.
They would be able to access information through newspapers or TV broadcasts in English, and they wouldn't imagine the environment without English once they get used to.
