完全に正しい数学論文の提出に対し、Annnals of Mathの完全に不当な反応
Dear Editors Annals of Mathematics
I graduated from Waseda University Faculty of Science and Engineering, Department of Applied Physics in 1997.
In a three-month study, I proved that there are no loops other than the loop 1→4→2→1 in Collatz graph
and Collatz conjecture is true if this thesis holds. This paper was written entirely by me personally and
is not plagiarized by others. Also, I mentioned my first name first as I am unemployed, not a civil servant
and do not violate the ministerial ordinance decided by the Japanese government, so there is no legal problem.
