数学では、ヒッチン可積分系（英語：Hitchin system）は、1987年にニージェル・ヒッチン（英語版）が導入し、複素簡約群やコンパクトリーマン面の選択に依存した可積分系のことを言う。
ヒッチンファイバー は、ヒッチンバンドルのペア（英語版）[2]のモジュライ空間から特性方程式(characteristic polynomial)への写像である。Ngo (2006, 2010)では、基本補題（英語版）(fundamental lemma)の証明に、有限体上のヒッチンファイバーを使った。

Nigel James Hitchin FRS (born 2 August 1946) is the Savilian Professor of Geometry at Oxford University and a British mathematician working in the fields of differential geometry, algebraic geometry, and mathematical physics.
Honours and awards
In 2016 he received the Shaw Prize in Mathematical Sciences.[6]
