*The Nananet is established in Osaka City on January 29, 1996.
*AmiNet Hodogaya is established in Yokohama City on October 1, 1999.
*2000 - AmiNet Hodogaya amalgamates with the Nananet and it becomes a AmiNet Hodogaya.
The hosting server business is continued based on the Kanto region.
*October 1, 2000 - AmieNet Gunma is established in Gunma Prefecture Maebashi City.
*February, 2004 - It becomes independent than the ZeroCN (0cn) net group according to MBO (management purchase).
*October 1, 2005 - Headquarters is moved to Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. The trade name is changed to the AmieNet.
*March 19, 2009 - AmieNet amalgamates with AmieNet Gunma and it becomes AmieNet (new).
