日本で言う成人式みたいな儀式なのですか？和訳教えてください。
Two of our granddaughters were Bat Mitzvahs this year.In the Jewish
faith when as a child reaches the age of 13 they enter into a time of
focused studies to prepare for reading the Torah and conducting
worship services in the synagogue.In the case of girls this occasion
is called Bat Mitzvah.In the case of boys it is called Bar Mitzvah.
It is a time of great family celebration and we had two this year with
family members coming from all over the country.
