Japan has already compensated Korea and Korean people for WW2 with $8 million
when the Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea
was made in 1965 and apologized to Korea by numerous ex-prime ministers
for the past 40 years.
しかし、韓国は８００億ドルの賠償金を産業発展のためのインフラに使い、
国民の補償に充てなかった。また、それを国民に知らせず、
漢江の奇跡と呼ばれる経済発展は韓国独力で果たしたと言っているが、
それは間違いだ。日本の技術支援と資金なしでは不可能だった。
日本はこれ以上謝罪と賠償をする義務は無く、責任は十分に果たした。
But Korean spent the compensation of $800 million for infrastructure
such as roads, bridges, water system and factories and didn't tell the compensation
from Japan to Korean citizen. Koreans say that Korean economy development
called Miracle on the Han River was achived by themselves, but it's wrong.
Without Japanese technology assistance and compensation, it was impossible.
Japan doesn't have any obligigation about apology and compensation anymore
and finished responsibility to Korea.

You might think why I made this thread, though the thread about anti-Japan already exsists
on this bulletin board. First of all, I'd like to let you know the defference between this thread
and the one about anti-Japan is the used languages. I'm personally convinced
that our English skill will be improved dramatically if we discuss anti-Japan in ENGLISH, not Japanese.
And in a thread "Let's chat in English" people frequently bring up anti-Japan activities of Koreans.
It's no problem, but some people don't like the theme in that thread, so to prevent that thread
from dispute I also made this thread. And I'm not good at English, if you find any strange expressions
and misspellings on "useful words and expressions", please let me know.
I hope you'll understand my idea.
