数日おきにしかレッスンをしていない講師や1日1レッスンしか受け付けていない講師など、講師達がいかにも片手間でやっているという感じがアリアリでやる気を失いますね
実際、私が最初に取った予約は「講師が急に退社したためキャンセルしました」との連絡が入りました
ホームページを見るたびに講師の人数や面子が変わっている感じがします
また、予約受付開始時期が統一されていない点も非常に不便です
数週間先まで受け付けている講師もいれば、数日先の予定しかUPしていない講師もいます。
これではどのタイミングで予約を取れば良いのか決めるのが大変です
それなのにどのタイミングでのキャンセルも50%しかポイントが返却されません
ただし1日前迄であればサポートにメールをすれば残りの50%も返却されるということですが、一体何の理由でそんなシステムにするのでしょうか
