中学校で「複素数」と「幾何」を「複素平面」で結びつけること
は義務教育で行ってほしいですね。

I agree with your plan of a compulsory education as you stated, which I will show below.
"Negative numbers" "Vector(s)" "Notion of the infinity(even teachers started talking ε－δ...)", should be taught at elementary schools.
The notion that "complex numbers" "'what most of us call' geometry", with "Gaussian plane" are connected with each other, should be taught at junior hischools.
