【状況】温泉の利用時間と「かけ湯」の説明をシンプルに表示したいのですが、英訳に自信が無いので確認お願いします。
【誰宛】外国人の利用客に、できれば時間による男女入替え制である事も一言添えて
【用途】A3くらいの紙に書いて貼ります

ご案内／男湯午後３時～午後９時、女湯午後９時～午前９時（時間入替制）

・かけ湯案内
天然温泉'Kakeyu'
お風呂に入る前に、桶で湯をすくって体を流してください。この行為は'Kakeyu'と呼ばれ、温泉に体を順応させるために行います。
Natural hot spring 'kakeyu'
Before entering the bath, scoop some hot water into one of the buckets which are provided and gently pour it over yourself.
This process is referred to as 'kakeyu' and is intended to acclimatize your body to the hot water in the onsen.
