英国のアパレルの会社へ直接通販で注文したのですが、注文したのがなかなか届かないので問い合わせのメールを入れました。その返事です。
Everything that you have ordered and received we cannot refund as we have sent these items out.
If you require a refund you must dent these items back to us.
The other items you have not received have all been cancelled anyway as they are out of stock.
