先日のダボスで、「バイアメリカン」条項をめぐって、世界中で保護貿易主義の
台頭のきっかけになりかねないと、米に対して批判の声が上がっている、
ってことなんですけど、ここで、"preoccupying"ってどう訳せばいいですか？
「オバマ新政権の最初の行動の一つが明白な保護貿易主義の政策で、競争を
歪めるものだとしたら、きわめて遺憾だ」
のように「遺憾、心配」って意味はありですか？それともまったく別の意味ですか。
