Why do I think English teachers should take TOEIC and STEP instead of TOEFL?
Again you seem to take me for someone else. Actually I didn't say that, did I?
If you ask me, (Japanese) English teachers should have a passion to learn the
language. They should have the passion but don't need any scores from TOEFL, TOEIC, or STEP.
If they are good enough to get 550(TOEFL),730(TOEIC), or to pass pre-Grade 1, then
they can be a good teacher, which is my point.
