I read an article recently about Japan's 10 year long economic slump
and how it compares to the one that the U.S. is in right now. It said
that now Japan has the largest national debt of any country because
it spent so heavily on public infrastructure in order to try to get
Japan's economy going again but that many Japanese citizens think it
was a big waste.
