I wouldn't say I'm a kind of person who knows 2ch inside-out.
But let me say something. I don't know exactly about the server error thing
she mentioned. But if she means her IP is blocked by 2ch, which I have experienced
before several times, still, at least she can read posts in 2ch. It's just that
she can't post. This IP block thing occurs when a post spammer or troll keep posting
2ch. 2ch denies his post to 2ch by blocking his IP. (Still, he can read 2ch and it's just
he can't post.) People who uses the same ISP as him often can't post when 2ch blocks his post.
Collateral damage so to speak.
It lasts a week or ten days or so, after that you can post in 2ch as usual.
I think the period is for spammers and trolls to cool off and not
to spam and troll again. If you fall victim to such a spammer or troll, there's still a way
for you to post in 2ch. You can ask someone to post your post instead of you.
There's are threads in some boards made for the purpose in 2ch.
One of them is ｽﾚﾘﾝｸ(accuse板)
The thread go so fast that it reached 1000 pretty soon.
This is the board the thread is made. ｽﾚﾘﾝｸ(accuse板)
So if ongoing thread reaches 1000, you can look for a new thread there.
I think they post instead of you, if your post is from your cell phone.
