When I said her(his?) Japanese is bad, I meant she could have made it more
concise and straight-to-the-point instead of rambling oooon and oooon.
She should have gotten her thoughts more organized before typing the posts.
From the way she typed, she must have posted the posts with her cell phone
because each line is very short. Maybe that's because the width of a cell phone
display is a lot less wide than PC monitor.

The working condition of Japan's Scientology's staff is terrible in terms of
both pay and working hours. Because of low pay, they have to juggle another
job other than Scientology to make ends meet. (Maybe she's talking about
rank-and-file staffers. I'm not sure, though.) Higher-ups made a system
in which people in low ladders work as a slave. She supports what Ron preaches.
She(he?) also says as religion, Scientology is tolerant to
other regions. The more revenues Scientology rakes in the more pays staffers get
so they are too eager to invite people to join scientology. It's not
staffers, Ron (and books where he preaches) that is bad. It's system
of the organization which make it possible to milk the higher-ups in
USA that is bad.
