I didn't understand what you mean by 最初視力の愛 but after thinking about
what English phrase came in your mind, I realized what you mean by that.
最初視力の愛 has to be ひとめぼれ(=Love at first sight) when you say it
in Japanese.
first sight 最初視力 の Love 愛 と辞書見て訳したんだろうけど、それでは通じないよ。
ひとめぼれ ひとめを漢字で書くと一目=first/one glance/looking
ぼれ comes from ほれる=falling in love with someone
This may be a little different from what the origial poster and you say,
but if you say, "I love you" to your wife, it doesn't mean much, right?
For example, if you say "(I) love you" at the end of telephone conversation
with your wife, it just means "Bye."
