I'd like to have a refund on damaged shoes bought at ebay uk shop, and will send an e-mail to the shop. Please check the correctness of the English sentences below.

ebay ukで購入した新品の靴２足の内、一足に欠陥があったんで返金依頼したいんですけど、以下の英文で必要十分な意図は伝わりますでしょうか？
余りに稚拙な文法ミスとかがあった場合、相手の対応がいい加減になっても嫌なので、御一読願いたいのです。

Hello, Dear *** customer service.
I bought 2 pair of new shoes from you on ebay shop on **.Dec.08.
/brown one = item No.*******
/grey one = item No.********
I have received them on **.Jan.09,
and I have feedbacked them as good
because they look good condition at least their outward.
But one of a grey pair(grey ones=item No.*******) is damaged inside.
Something (nail?) passes through right shoe's insole, located at toe part.
And so I cannot wear it.
I'd like to return grey shoes, and have a refund on what i paid in addition to the returning cost.

/returning postage at least approximately lb15 by SAL(postal service)).
I will also send an e-mail of the same of this with the damaged shoe photo to your shop mail address (*******@***.com).
