He leans against the wall and gazes at the star through the window of the jail room he is allocated to, thinking what would have been the consequences if he took another course which normal guys would follow.
But it is too late to condemn his stupid act. All the thing he can do now is being nice example of justice and, by doing so, showing a signal for those who are going to commit another offence.
