unexpected/unforeseen
had not taken that into account/consideration
had not considered that / had neglected to consider that
had not factored that in / had failed to factor that in
had not had that in mind

Any of these work, pick your favorite one.

This is just a guess, but the only possible way I can think of to interpret that is like this:

>Bitch!
This isn't actually an insult towards you, it's just an exclamation we use. It's like, ほざけ!ぬかせ!
We use it to kind of "refute" what someone else said, or to imply that they don't know what they're talking about.
例文:"Joe is really smart, I bet he's gonna get the highest grade in the class on the next text!" "Bitch, I'm gonna blow him out of the water."
(blow someone out of the water = do significantly better than someone, beat someone, win against someone)

>I'm popular in Japan, and I sweep floors in Taco Bell.
He's saying: I don't do anything special like playing in a band. I'm not "cool" like a musician.
My job is something lame/stupid like sweeping the floors at Taco Bell. But even so, I'm also popular in Japan.

In other words, I think he's implying that all foreigners are popular in Japan, simply because they're foreigners.
So he's saying that it's not impressive that a foreign band would be popular in Japan; *any* foreigner would be.

Again, this is just my guess.
