determineは自動詞の場合はdetermine on～という用法。
cf.she determined on starting early in the morning.
Everyone has something that he would like to do some day,
that he hasn't decided to do yet.
こういうthat節を２つ作る書き方もできます。
「したい」ではなく、「してみたい」なら、would like toのほうがいいと思います。
