It's not somebody but bug.
I hate the most is cockroach.
Few days ago, I screamed when I saw a big one in a kitchen.
so I set the gokiburihoihoi,
next morning. when I saw it inside the drawer, 3 big cockroaches
were trapped. How nice! but I assume there are at least 30 of them
still crawling somewhere....

Nova吉祥寺からの個人ブログ Voice Francais をベースにフランス語をやっていた
NOVA池袋西口校 の 勝(まさる)です。苦情は直接池袋西口校に言って、スタッフは黙認しているだけ、私はスタッフに好かれているけど、一営利目的生徒です。
写真隠し撮りのブロガーです。当然写真や個人情報を金もうけに利用しています。
ボランティアでブログしているのではない。通帳で確認してもいいですよ、フランス語レベル5の勝です。

生徒の会HPの投稿に、「Zone G：レベルが拡散し過ぎる」というものがありました。

前にVoiceFrancaisに書いた「幻のニーボアッシュ」と同じ問題です。
でも、最近自分のレッスンでもレベルが拡散してきていると感じることがあります。もともとゾーン制によるチャレンジレッスンにより、その傾向が見受けられたのですが、最近レベルアップが多く行われるようになってきた事も１つの原因かと思います。
本来はレベルアップ（レベル調整）によって、レベル内分散が小さくなるはずですが。。。まあ、一通りの課程を終了したら次の課程に進むということも、学習に意欲を与える１つの方策ではあると思いますが。。。
レベル分散が大きいレッスンにおいて、いかに受講生に不満を与えずレッスンを進めるか？
レベルの違いが顕著にでるのは、ロールプレイングのときですね。今のレッスンでは、たまたま座った席の順で、ロールプレイングのグループが決まります。ここを、 講師がうまく調整して、
比較的ハイレベルな人はハイレベル同士で、チャレンジに近い人はその人同士でペアーを組めば、フラストレーションも多少は抑制されるのではないでしょうか。
また、いつも同じ人とロールプレイングをするのも飽きるので、その辺は臨機応変に、たまにはチャレンジの人とハイレベルの人がペアーを組み、チャレンジの人はハイレベルの人の会話を習得し、
ハイレベルの人はチャレンジの人に説明する練習スキルを習得する。
といった改善はいかがでしょうか。
