I'll literally put the ambiguous word "youde" to a simle English expression

I think the phrase fits nicesly to the Japanese term in that condition.
But take note that you don't need to use youde when you say the same idea in English
in such a social conversation-I mean a "syoakoujirei" situation.
Rather, it's natural to simply put the Japanese sentence like
"It's wonderful you've found such a nice apartment.
Well, you should use "flat" rather than "aprtment" in case your friend uses British-based
English.
