I have called the given number four times since then.
Upon receiving my calls, each staff replied that they would send me a confirmation e-mail,
which I am yet to receive, within a few minutes.
I have double checked that my reservation number and my e-mail address is correct,
therefore I do not know what to make of this situation.
The credit card has already been charged.
Would you please kindly look into this matter from your side as well?

Can you also confirm whether it is possible to receive the ticket(s) using the (credit??) card
