１５０年位まで日本では旧暦の暦が使われていました、当然 新年を
祝う正月も２月でした。でも海外との交際が始まった明治時代から

丁寧といってもシンプルな英語で大丈夫です。
大変申し訳ないんだけど、この前君に教えたウェブサイトを後日しっかり読んで
見たところ、どうやら日本人が作ったモノじゃなくて、韓国生まれ、アメリカ育ちの
韓国人が作ったモノのようなんだ。
それゆえ、韓国人の見地から見た意見・主張が入り混じっている可能性があるので、
私の意見としては、やはり、日本人が外国人のために作ったモノを見たほうがいいと思うよ。

「主張」は主張ですけど、ここで言ってる「意見」ってのは恣意的な判断や偏見
って意味です。
