I confirmed with the packaging company, and unfortunately it seems they don't export them.
They deal only with domestic establishments that consume them in large quantities,
like fast food companies, family restaurants, and convenience stores.
For example, they work together with McDonald's to develop dressings to match their salads,
then package them and supply them to McDonald's. In other words,
they won't sell the packaged dressing separately. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
