How to invest in losing issues profitably?
Michael O’Higgins invests in a simple way.
The top portfolio manager picks up last year’s “losing issues”, which have thus a higher dividend payout ratio, in the Dow Jones industrial average in anticipation of the increases in their prices.
In the starts of year, the U.S. fund manager picks up 10 stocks that yield high dividends. Then he just keeps holding the 10 issues for a year. After a year passed, he does the same thing.
This simple strategy catapults an individual investor with only 5,000 dollars to a higher return than professional asset managers, he said, adding the chance is a 95 percent that the retail investor actually outperforms the pros.

"Narita" is "Narita international airport" near Tokyo. Will you return home from there,
"Kansai international airport" in Osaka, or other airport?
If you will return home from "Narita", as I said before I am going to see you off on

むかーし、昔、ＮＯ×Ａのやさぐれ講師が、”be good at 何々 とは言うけれど、be bad at 何々 とは言わないんだよね”と言ったことがある。
ＮＯ×Ａも結構役に立った。
