羽生結弦、腰痛で今季初戦予定の試合欠場

フィギュアスケートのソチ五輪金メダリストの羽生結弦（１９＝ＡＮＡ）が今季初戦として予定していたフィンランディア杯（１０月１０～１２日、フィンランド・エスポー）を欠場することになった。
先週の練習中に腰を痛め、国内の病院で検査を受けて筋筋膜性腰痛症と診断された。ＧＰシリーズ初戦となる中国杯（１１月７～９日、中国・上海）には出場する予定という。
２３日の評議員会後に取材に応じた日本スケート連盟の伊東秀仁フィギュア部長は、「万全で中国杯に臨むため」と説明した。

"I was competing this event every year, and I always take this
opportunity very important as the first official event of the season.
However, consider the long season, I regretfully decided not to take
risks and decline my participation. I would like to express my heartfelt
sorrow that I cannot skate at my favourite country, and miss many of the figure skating fans. I will give my word that I will do my best and skate once again in Finland at near future!"
